Applying Positive Discipline in School and Adolescents’ Self-esteem

Starting from the general principles of concept positive discipline, paper points out that schools and teachers can significantly contribute to application discipline affect different aspects a student’s personality development. The potentials applying in school for developing adolescents’ self-esteem are particularly emphasized. Accordingly, this will present results study aimed establish correlation between assessing presence context level self-esteem. survey included convenience sample 195 high students three - art, technical, grammar school. Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale scale were used collect data. showed adolescents exhibit self-esteem, while their assessment is moderate. Also, it was found with increase school, increased, statistically significant moderating role measured variables only type conclusion need sensitize manage classroom according as well importance creating conditions that, through phenomenon effectively raise quality schoolwork whole.
